Ingredients

Active Lactic Acid Bacteria Cultures (Lactococcus lactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens, Lactobacillus kefiri) Active Yeast cultures (Saccharomyces unisporus, Saccharomyces turicensis, Kluyveromyces marxianus), Calcium, Malitol, Dextrin, Tricalcium Phosphate

Directions

Add sachet contents to 1 Liter of room temperature (25C or 75-77F) milk. Close container and lightly shake up and down about 10 times. Let mixture set in room temperature environment for 24-36 hours. (Do not mix during fermentation). Once consitency is a little looser than yogurt, place in refridgerator to chill. Once chilled, enjoy like normal yogurt.
